This year is already moving so quick. February, the coldest month of the year, at least it is short.
This month Jen and I have made some specific goals we want to achieve.
1 Keep the bills up to date. No more late fees and notices.
2 Finish paying off our overdrafts and cancel them.
3 Put at least $500 in our emergency fund.
One last goal was thrust upon us yesterday afternoon when I lost my job. I received a decent severance and want to use the better part of it to pay down debt, rather than living on it. Looking to be working again with comparable salary before February is out.
We are determined to make lemonade out of this lemon.
